"Good, but I wish it gave users more control"
Superhuman is definitely fast and pleasant to use, and I can see why people like it. That said, I was a little disappointed by how limited some of the customization feels. Everyone works a bit differently, so it seems only fair to give users more room to adjust settings to fit their workflow. Overall, it’s a solid app, just not as flexible as I expected.

"Support was fast and actually helped"
I messed up something with billing while switching my plan, so I emailed support thinking it was gonna be a whole annoying back and forth. But they was really quick to reply and got it fixed without making it complicated. The person helping me was friendly too, not just sending those obvious copy-paste answers. it made me feel a lot better about sticking with Superhuman because good support really matters.

"superhuman has definitely helped me keep my inbox..."
superhuman has definitely helped me keep my inbox more organized, and once I got used to the shortcuts, they were actually handy. That said, it can feel like a lot if you’re just trying to handle basic email stuff. I do like using it, but for the price, I’m not totally convinced it makes sense for everyone. Also, I reached out with a question and never got a follow-up, which was frustrating

"Useful for follow-ups, just caught me at a bad time"
It’s been helpful for keeping up with sales follow-ups, but I think I started using it at a bad time when our process was already kind of messy. Overall it’s good, I just wish the workflows were a bit smoother and easier to set up.

"Handy for digging through email, but not exactly cheap"
I’ve been using it mostly to triage my inbox in the morning while drinking coffee, and it really does help me sort through emails faster. The setup was a bit more annoying than I expected, though, and I kept having to pause to figure out the shortcuts. After a few days they started to stick, but at the price, I definitely expected it to feel smoother right away.

"Privacy Seems Fine... I Think?"
Security seems solid enough, so that’s nice. The privacy settings, though, are kind of confusing, because apparently making things clear would be too easy. I think I set everything the way I want, but i’m still not totally sure.

"Pretty decent once you finally figure out the shortcuts"
It’s actually good once the shortcuts start to make sense, though getting to that point is a bit of a journey. They feel clunky at first, but apparently that’s just part of the charm

"Gmail feels a lot less chaotic now"
Well... I use this with my Gmail pretty much every day now, and it’s made my inbox way easier to deal with. Setup was simple, and everything just feels faster to sort through. i didn’t expect to like it as much as I do.

"Decent app, but not sure yet"
The app seems nice overall, but it definitely took me a while to get used to. Some parts felt a little overwhelming at first, and I’m still not completely sure how solid the quality is, but it’s been okay so far.

"Pretty fast so far"
It’s been really quick for me so far. I’m not sure if it’ll be the same for everyone, but my emails load almost instantly, so I don’t really have much to complain about.

"I didn’t expect to notice such a big..."
I didn’t expect to notice such a big difference, but the shared threads instantly made our team emails way less of a mess. We’re saving a ton of time not chasing updates or forwarding things around.

"Looks nice, but I’m still not totally sold"
The UI does look clean and polished, I’ll give it that. But somehow it still feels a little busy to me, so I think it might just take some time to get used to.

"The onboarding was fine overall and the person..."
The onboarding was fine overall and the person walking me through it was friendly, but I couldn’t help feeling like it was a bit much just to start using an email app. They showed me some useful shortcuts, which I appreciated, but part of me kept wondering why a full setup call was really necessary. I kind of prefer poking around and figuring things out myself. Superhuman does look polished, but the whole process made me a little suspicious that they were trying to sell me on it more than just help me get set up.

"Pretty handy for speeding up emails"
The templates have made writing emails quick for me. I use the snippets all the time now, and they save me a bunch of time instead of typing the same stuff over and over.

"Nice-looking desktop app, but am I the only one who found it buggy?"
I tried Superhuman on desktop for my work email, and while it definitely looks polished, I couldn’t really get past how hit-or-miss it felt. Sometimes it was super fast, but a few times the app froze on me, which got frustrating quickly. The shortcuts also felt a little confusing, though maybe that’s just me? For the price, I expected the whole experience to feel smoother. Support was fine, nothing bad there, but I ended up cancelling after about a week

"A bit pricey, but it’s been worth it for me"
I’ll be honest, I put off paying for Superhuman for a while because it’s definitely not cheap. But after using it every day, I get why people like it. It saves me a solid amount of time, and dealing with my inbox feels way less painful now. I’m getting through emails faster and not dreading it as much. If you don’t spend much time in email, it might be overkill, but for daily work stuff, it feels worth the money to me

"The AI is okay overall. It does..."
The AI is okay overall. It does help with some things, but it also misses the context now and then, which can be a little frustrating. I was expecting clearer instructions or guidance so I’d know better how to get the best results from it.

"Really dependable for everyday email"
I’ve been using superhuman pretty much every workday, and the thing I notice most is that it just... works. Like, I can’t even remember the last time I couldn’t get into my inbox or had stuff sitting there stuck loading forever.
There’ve been a couple tiny sync delays here and there, sure, but nothing that really messed up my day. For an app I keep open basically all day long, it’s been super reliable for me.

"I used to dread sorting through email..."
I used to dread sorting through email, but this makes it feel a lot more manageable. Compared to what I was using before, it’s faster, cleaner, and I actually feel like I’m saving time instead of just moving messages around all day.

"I’ve been using it with Outlook..."
I’ve been using it with Outlook and for the most part it does what I need. The setup wasn’t exactly seamless though, and I noticed some calendar updates took a little while to show up. Overall, it’s a nice app and I can see the value in it, but it left me feeling like it’s almost there, just not quite smooth enough yet.
